    This candle is so incredible! The scent is very strong but not in an overpowering way and makes the entire room smell wonderful. It is woody and slightly sweet and the perfect fall scent, although I love smelling it all year long. I love so many of the DW candles but this one is definitely in my list of top favorites... My Favorite Scent

This scent is masculine (which I prefer in the autumn) and fills my entire kitchen, LR and hallway with a rich, earthy, warm scent . When lit, the candle in the brown glass jar gives a warm glow that adds immensely to my fall decor and has a very long burn time. I hope you continue to provide this candle as I purchased it several times in a store. I always look for the DW brand because I know the scents will be pure and not masked by a heavy chemical odor like so many others.

Hi Alicia! Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle! Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance & this will also help the candle pool out beautifully. Also, make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email customer.service@dwhome.com for additional assistance or with any other questions. :)
