Best candles ever. Melts to nothing and wax is oily, creamy and i rub it on my hands and skin for nourishment. Love this product
I love DW Home candles especially the pumpkin spice latte. However, none of the single wick DW Home candles I have ever bought have burned evenly. They all burn holes in the middle leaving lots of wax around the sides. I do sincerely wish they would consider adding another wick in their candles or designing them differently so there isn't so much waste.

Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle! Each of our candles in hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. When the flame on your wicks are low and small, this means the wicks may be a little too short of the amount of wax in the candle. This can be an easy fix! We suggest burning your candle three times for about 3-4 hours during each burn to allow the wick more exposure in the wax. Candles self-correct which is why burning your candles multiple times for a few hours almost always fixes any issue! We also recommend that during this period, only trim the very top of your wicks that way the wick maintains a long enough length to burn properly.
If this solution does not work on your candle, please email our Customer Service Department a photo of the inside of the candle and we will gladly resolve this issue for you.
