My absolute favorite candle
I discovered this candle a few years ago and have since enjoyed burning dozens of these. The candle burns amazing, pure lavender aroma into the air. Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email customer.service@dwhome.com for additional assistance or with any other questions!

I found this scent in the store a year ago and have loved using the candle (however the one in store was twice the size off the large on website). The smell is very pleasant and fills a large room when lit. I tried a regular wick candle, and wasn’t pleased with lack of scent. Try this one, you wont be disappointed!

Awful, I would give it a 0 if available. I sent you an email regarding my order a week ago, and have yet to receive a response. I have been purchasing Relaxing Lavender for many years. It's my favorite lavender candle, however, the one you sent me does not smell like lavender. I have no idea what the smell is, but it is awful. It is in a Relaxing Lavender jar with the correct label, but it isn't even close to lavender. I purchased one from you about a month ago, and it was perfect.
I would appreciate a response from Customer Service, as I do not want the candle you sent me. I would like a Relaxing Lavender that smells like Relaxing Lavender. I have uploaded another copy of the label.
I hope my second submission does not go unnoticed, as did my first.
